The average age of Telemarketers was 33.7 years. The workforce was distributed in 51.9% men with an average salary of $5.38k MX and, 48.1% women with average salary of $4.67k MX.

The best average salaries received by Telemarketers were in Coahuila de Zaragoza ($12.5k MX), Nuevo León ($12k MX), and Chihuahua ($10.8k MX) while the workforce was larger in Estado de México (11.9k), Nuevo León (9.76k), and Ciudad de México (9.6k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Chemical Industry ($14.4k MX), Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors ($9k MX), and Employment Services ($8.6k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Business Administration Services (12.4k), Retail Trade of Furniture for Home and other Household Goods (8.1k), and Legal Services (2.95k).

57.5% of the total informal workers correspond to women with an average salary of $3k MX and 42.5% to men with an average salary of $671 MX.

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022, the main positive variations occurred in Nuevo León and Michoacán de Ocampo with an increase of 3.43k (54.3%) and 1.47k (675%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Baja California and Querétaro with a decrease of 2.89k (46.4%) and 1.7k (72.3%), respectively.

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022, the positive salary growth was higher in Tamaulipas and Zacatecas with an increase of $8.82k MX (819%) and $5.25k MX (124%), respectively. Por otro lado, las variaciones salariales negativas se acentuaron en Durango and Coahuila de Zaragoza with a decrease of $10.2k MX (72.2%) and $8.98k MX (41.8%), respectively.

The workforce of Telemarketers during the second quarter of 2022 was higher in the age group with 25 to 34 years concentrating 20k workers of which 88.4% corresponds to formal employment (17.6k) and 11.6% to informal employment (2.32k).

Regarding the schooling years, the workforce was higher in the range with 10 to 12 years of schooling concentrating 21.3k workers of which 81.4%  corresponds to formal employment (17.4k) and 18.6% corresponds to informal employment (3.97k).
