The main sale from Mexico to Turkey in 2021 was Telephones, Including Mobile Phones and those of other Wireless Networks (US$49M). The main origins of sales to Turkey were Ciudad de México (US$72.6M), Jalisco (US$64.4M), and Sinaloa (US$33.3M).

The main product bought by Mexico from Turkey in 2021 was Parts and Accessories of Motor Vehicles (US$108M). The main destinations of purchases made to Turkey were Ciudad de México (US$527M), Nuevo León (US$181M), and Estado de México (US$85M).

Regarding remittances, in the second quarter of 2022, Mexico received US$76.6k in remittances from Turkey, while Turkey received US$490k in remittances from Mexico.

Finally, in terms of immigration to Mexico, 244 inmigrants from Turkey were registered in 2020, 54.1% women and 45.9% men. The states with the highest concentration of inmigrants from Turkey were Aguascalientes (122 people), Ciudad de México (58 people), and Tabasco (15 people).
